On-Site Network Specialist

We are looking for a full-time, qualified candidate to be stationed at Military Camp.

Duties:

• Involve in the project planning, installation, implementation, configuration, testing and documentation, and customer interfacing till maintenance phase
• To ensure implementation goes in accordance to schedule / plan in a multi-vendor environment
• Provide support to pre-sales team during engagement phase e.g. site visits
• Client management and post-implementation support

Job Requirements:

• ITE Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering/ Network or equivalent.  
• Professional certifications (MCSE,CCNA etc) are highly advantageous
• Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration
• Working knowledge in SharePoint / .Net framework will be an added advantage
• Strong experience in Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
• Good technical skills in LAN/WAN, IP networking,  installation and configuration of Firewalls,  switches and routers
• Ability to setup/configure Active Directory and Windows 2003/2008 Domain controllers
• Solid understanding of Client/Server and Internet Technologies
• Strong knowledge of Core Infrastructure Services AD, DNS, WINS, DHCP, MySQL or MS SQL Server
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Good team player that is flexible and self-motivated
• Able to work independently under pressure or tight schedule
• Position will be on 1-year contract (with the possibility of becoming permanent staff if he or she is competent)
• Fresh graduate may also apply.
